CANCELLATION POLICY
We appreciate your understanding that our
Business depends primarily on advance reservations since our location is not on
a high traffic road. Once we reserve a unit for a guest, we remove that unit
from the market. Thus cancellations are costly. Deposits
will only be refunded if we are able to fill that VACANCY (in season),15 day notice required (off season) - $25.00 cancellation fee.
You are responsible for all days reserved.
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES!!
All Reservations require a credit card at check
in to cover any damages.
